What kind of personal data does Alice House collect?

Personal data you give to us. Alice House collects and uses information which you provide to us. When you make a Trip Reservation, you are (as a minimum) asked for your name, email address, address and phone number.

This is information is essential to keep contact with you as guest before, during or after you stay in Alice House.

If you provide information for a third party reservation, we have to point out that it’s your responsibility to ensure that the person or people you have provided personal data about are aware that you’ve done so, and have understood and accepted how Alice House uses their information (as described in this Privacy Policy).

Even if you don’t end up making a Trip Reservation (and when you do), when you visit our website we automatically collect certain information. This includes your IP address, the date and time you accessed our services, the hardware, software or internet browser you use and information about your computer’s operating system, like application versions and your language settings. We also collect information about clicks and which pages have been shown to you.

Does Alice House share information with third parties?

No, absolute not. All information provided will not be share in a consious way to others.

How long does Alice House keeps your information?

When making a reservation, Alice House is legally bound to keep your information for a minimum period of 8 years, due to invoicing.

After that period, Alice House will delete your personal details in order to keep your privacy to the highest level.
